We want every purchase you make with us to put a smile on your face. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return online. Please note that items must be returned within 30 days of the order confirmation date, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached. Trigger Apparel reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. Final sales, promotional items or used items may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.
We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us. Once the item is received we will process return/exchange. We do not issue return postage or labels; it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted products or damaged products. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. We recommend retaining a copy of the Return Authorization Form for your own records.

As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and it may take upto 15 days before you receive a new product/refund. If your return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch.
We will not be responsible for refund of additional/ unaccounted products lost in transit.
