If there are any issues with your product, you can raise a replacement or exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product’s original packaging, freebies and accessories)
- The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes
- No refund or exchange for the goods sold in offer up to 50% and above.
- For COD purchases return charges will be applied.
- Company will accept the return if it correlate to our policy and conditions.
- If any manufacture damage or product mismatch by HO on the given product will be returned back free of cost, Rest of the issue such as Fit, Size and Color return will be accepted against shipping cost.
- During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a exchange. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed.
